Orson® Sand Dredge Pump WNQ is a kind of the Horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. They are widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, electric power and other industrial sectors to transport slag with strong corrosion and high concentration. This series of pumps can be applied to various working conditions with high performance and low maintenance cost.

Structure and Characteristics
▲ The large diameter and Short cantilever ensure the rigidity of the shaft, which is suitable for high power and harsh working conditions.
▲ The hardened stainless steel shaft sleeve has O-rings at both ends to protect the shaft from abrasion and corrosion.
▲ The front and rear cover plates of the impeller have secondary blades, which can reduce backflow and seal pressure.
▲ The Sand Dredge Pump WNQ body and the pump cover are made of ductile iron with reinforcing ribs, which ensures the ability to withstand high pressure.
▲ The flow parts are made of a variety of high chromium anti-wear alloys, which have the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and so on, greatly improving the service life of the pump.
▲ Different impellers can be selected according to different working conditions.
▲ The outlet position of the pump can be installed and used by rotating eight different angles as required.
▲ There are two different lubrication methods for bearing components, and appropriate lubrication methods should be selected according to different working conditions.
▲ Packing seal: The most widely used sealing form, through the front water seal ring continuously inject a certain pressure of clear water into the packing, to prevent the slurry leakage in the pump, for not suitable for sealing with the secondary impeller, stuffing seal is usually used. The packing sealing structure is simple and the maintenance is convenient.
▲ Mechanical Seal: Used when sealing requirements are relatively high. Especially in some chemical and video fields, not only sealing is required, but also additional components are not allowed to enter the pump chamber.
▲ Secondary impeller seal: Through the impeller acting force of a reverse centrifugal force, prevent the slurry from leaking out. The secondary impeller seal has the advantages of no need of shaft seal water, no dilution of slurry and good sealing effect. Therefore, this sealing form can be considered under the condition that dilution of slurry is not allowed.
